Our wagyu biltong is made from Marble 6 Wagyu D-Rump. It's tender, moist and packed with flavour. Available in 2 sizes:

CARE INSTRUCTIONS:
Even though our biltong and droewors are vacuum-sealed, it is still advisable to store it in the fridge (6 to 16 C). If you want to store it for a prolonged period, it is advised to freeze your biltong. Defrost slowly in the fridge.
When you are ready to devour it, exercise some self-control. Leave it outside the fridge for at least an hour to reach room temperature and for the fat to thaw (and perhaps turn a bit yellow).
It just taste better that way.
